以前ひっそりと募集されていた 「Scariest Screenshot Competition」 のSSが Mojang 公式で出ていたので紹介。「Scariest Screenshot Competition」 は Minecraft の最も怖いスクリーンショットを決めちゃおう！的なコンペティション。下に一部出ていたのを抜粋するが、実際には割りと枚数が沢山あるので、気になる人はMojang公式へ

どういうスクリーンショットなのか一瞬分からなかったけどよく見ると、横たわっているゾンビの姿が

今まで特に気にもせずに勝手にスクリーンショットとか使っていたけど大丈夫なのかと気になって一応調べてみた。

Any tools you write for the game from scratch belongs to you. You’re free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the game, but don’t just rip art resources and pass them around, that’s no fun. Plugins for the game also belong to you and you can do whatever you want with them, including selling them for money. We reserve the final say regarding what constitutes a tool/plugin and what doesn’t.

Minecraft.net には上の様なページと文章があった。スクリーンショットや動画などにも言及されており、”You’re free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the game, but don’t just rip art resources and pass them around, that’s no fun” と書かれている。Minecraft のスクリーンショットや動画は自由に使っていいよ的な内容だと思う。ただしゲームデータから直接リソースを取り出して使うのはダメみたいな感じっぽい。
