Minecraft Forum にある 303’s mods: Grappling Hook スレの wr.class mod を利用して Sky Dimension を見学できるそうです。下で紹介している動画では「天界MOD」と呼ばれています。動作環境は Minecraft Beta 1.6.6 Singleplayer 。

This just in: I was toying with the new 1.6 update and found a way to enable the Sky Dimension world generation code to the surface world as a test: needs Minecraft Beta 1.6.6 singleplayer
wr.class. Install as usual (add to minecraft.jar, delete META_INF/MOJANG_C.*). Have fun. I hope Notch won’t be mad :S Generate a new world.

1.6 にアップデートしたら Skye Dimension を生成するコードが入っていて、それを利用可能にする方法を発見したとか。wr.class の所にリンクされているのがどうやら Sky dimension を利用可能にするMODらしい。
