少し前に公式ブログで1億本突破というのが発表されたが、気になってちょっとし食べてみた所国内の売り上げも順調に伸びているらしく、PS Vita 版が国内の売り上げ100万本を突破していたらしい。

PS Vita版「Minecraft」、国内販売数100万本を突破！

　カドカワは、PlayStation Vita「Minecraft： PlayStation Vita Edition」に関して、国内推定販売本数が100万本を突破したと発表した。

　推定値はファミ通調べによるもので、ダウンロード版とパッケージ版の合算値となる。推移としてはパッケージ版が堅調で、年末年始に大きく売上を伸ばし、発売から1年半で100万本を突破した。なおPS3版、PS4版を加えたプレイステーションプラットフォームでの合算値では164.5万本に達している。

Minecraft PE / Win 10 に気づいたら馬、ピストンなどが着実に実装されていた件。結構な項目が着実に本家（JAVA 版）に近づいてきているようだ。大まかに見ると、ピストン関係、馬関係、豚など乗り物系などが目立つ。細かい所で実装されていなかったアイテムのファイアチャージなど実装されているようだ。

この後もブログの投稿は続きがあるけど、いつもどおりバグを報告して欲しい事、バグトラッカーを使って欲しい事、重複したバグ報告に注意して欲しい事が書かれている。

今回のプレリリースでの「主要な変更点」は主にバグ修正だけのようなので、今回はその辺の訳は省略。気になる人は「続きを読む」以降に一応引用だけしておく。

マインクラフトの総販売本数は1億685万9714本。1億本も軽々と突破した事が公式ブログで報告されていた。2016年現在も平均で53,000本が毎日売れ続けており、毎月4,000万人のユーザーがマインクラフトを遊んでいるとか。

地域別でのグラフも同時に発表されており、マインクラフト人口はロシアや日本、メキシコに次いで世界12番目。

それにしても1億本とか良く考えると凄い数だ。このサイトを作った当初、マインクラフトは日本ではほとんど知られていないただの地味なインディーゲームだったが、今となってはそちらの方が信じてもらえないようなゲームになってしまったようだ。

UPDATE: Minecraft snapshot 16w21b is now available

Last week the polar bears were released into the world. This week they can enjoy their peaceful life in a world with less bugs.

Some of the changes and new features are not 100% finalized and we are going to improve and balance them in the upcoming snapshots.

Most noticeable is the lack of sound effects for some of the new things in the game. There is no need to report them as bugs as we are fully aware of the issue and our sound magicians are already working on it.

Reporting bugs on our bugtracker is the best way to tell us about things that are horribly broken or even crash your game. Please make sure the issue is not already reported before posting a new ticket.

The bug tracker has a “search” function that will help you to figure out if there’s already a ticket about the problem you want to report.

Minecraft snapshot 16w21b の適当な訳

変更点で小ネタがはいってますが、基本的にはバグ修正をしたスナップショットらしい。

Mojang のサイトを見ていたら、マイクラの価格設定が一部地域で変更されているという話が出ていた。地域にもよるが全体的に値上がりしている。日本は元々価格設定がなかったらしく、それが 3000円 となったらしい。

XBOX とプレーステーションでは既にマイクラが販売されていたが、WiiU 版 Minecraft は少し販売開始が出遅れて去年（2015年12月17日）やっと発売された所で少し出遅れていたが、マリオの公式スキンが WiiU 版だけの独占配信になるらしい。

Minecraft Super Mario Mash-Up Pack for Wii U

ただし、心配になる所も。この「Minecraft Super Mario Mash-Up Pack for Wii U」という動画は、当初（今は動画が変更されている。）中国でのマイクラ販売がもう直ぐ開始されるという内容の Mojang 公式ブログの投稿で紹介されており、なんだか中国と日本の区別が付いてない人が Mojang か MS 周辺にいるのがよく分る構図になってしまっていたり。

Minecraft 1.9.4

Update: Minecraft 1.9.4 removes the incorrect snapshot warning when you load a world from a previous version in Minecraft 1.9.3.

This update fixes some reported issues and improves overall performance of the game. We also found some ways to reduce the memory usage, especially on servers.

Please report any and all bugs you find in Minecraft to bugs.mojang.com. If nobody reports a bug, we can’t fix it!

herobrine はマインクラフトに昔からある小ネタで。マイクラの怪奇現象。アップデートでも散々 herobrine のネタが何度も出てくるのでここでも何度かアップデートに注釈をつけたことがあるけど、より正確には色々二次創作された設定があって、現在も着々と設定が深まっていっているようだ。

最近もまだ新しい horebrine 動画が作られている。

Minecraft 1.9.3 Pre-Release 3

First we assumed one pre-release for Minecraft 1.9.3 would be all we need to ensure a stable update. And then we had to release a second pre-release the next week to fix the remaining issues. And, because the third time’s a charm, here is the third Minecraft 1.9.3 pre-release.

If everything works out as planned, we will release the update to Minecraft 1.9.3 early next week. Of course I shouldn’t have mentioned that, because now I’m just asking for something else to come up and delay it.
